"Aubrey Montgomery, the fearless leader, and her team are excellent insurance agents. I went from a decent State Farm agent and moved to a fantastic State Farm agent. (You too can switch internally from agent to agent. Who knew until i learned) Aubrey lead me question by question, at my behest, so i could understand every nuance of the insurance i was signing up for and needed. She knows the business through and through...giving me suggestions... some of which i said "YES, I NEED THAT" and others where I said..."no, not yet". At least I had options and did not feel pressured to choose one way or another. My decision, my policy...but with a professional, well versed and friendly guide along the way. "This office always goes above and beyond! When my husband got a flat tire and was waiting for over 3 hours on a tow truck I called the office and Jessica called tow truck companies right away till she found one that could get him. This was done within 30 min of me calling! Top notch service! The woman at this office truly care and are the BEST at their jobs!!"

"I have been with State Farm since 2008. I was assigned to Montgomery State Farm when my agent retired and I moved to the Lititz area! I have been very lucky to have both of my agents be amazing! I never wait for my claims to be processed. When I call, I am treated respectfully by Aubrey’s professional staff! I can’t see myself switching to another company any time soon. My daughter and son-in-law, and my boyfriend have also made the switch!! I highly recommend Aubrey Mongomery State Farm Agency!"

"I recently had a car crash. From the moment I called my State Farm representative Claire to report the crash Claire first asked if everyone was ok. Claire then gave me instructions on what to do next. I was so impressed with the service from Aubrey's team. Claire made sure I understood her instructions. Claire also followed up with me over the 3 weeks it took to fix me vehicle. I was in a rental and was able to leave it at the body shop when the work was finished on my vehicle for Rental company to pick up. How convenient and great customer service. Claire Kudos, you made this experience awesome. Thank you."

"Reached out to switch carriers after 40 years somewhere else. Jessica was very responsive, which is a requirement I have. "I have a special needs sister who needed homeowners insurance for her place. Aubrey sent the info within 24 hours. She then offered to check her auto policy for bundling discount. Not only did her insurance coverage come in about $60 less per month, the coverage is better and Aubrey discovered something she needed and didn't have on her HO. Easy Peasy and now she has a bit of extra $!!"
